职业能力是职业劳动者必备的基本素养之一，是个体从事职业的必要条件，对个体的生存、生活和职业发展起着重要作用。职业教育观的嬗变、职业能力界说的不一，折射出人们在职业教育认知和价值取向上存在偏差。在现代社会生产和劳动力市场环境下，从“职业能力”说的模糊性与不确定性共存、“人本”与“人道”的两难选择、职业流动与职业能力的平衡把握三个方面对其培养进行探索是一种积极的尝试。

Vocational ability is one of the basic qualification for professional workers,and the necessary condition of individuals engaged in the professions, playing an important role to individual existence, life and career develop-ment.The changes of the view of vocational education and the difference of vocational ability definition precisely re-flects the deviation on the vocational education cognition and value orientation.In the environment of modern social production and labor market,it is a positive attempt :the coexisting of fuzziness and uncertainty of vocational abili-ty,the dilemma of choice between human-based and humanity,the balanced understanding of vocational mobility and vocational ability.
