随着国内民航业的快速发展,机场场道的除雪化冰已成为急需解决的问题之一,特别是北方机场和高原机场。基于相变储能材料和功能梯度设计思想,首先将场道按功能要求设计成三层,在此基础上对升温层厚度、埋深、热传导系数等因素对场道强度和温度影响因素进行了数值分析。结果表明:埋管深度对结构的强度影响较小;埋管深度对温度场影响较大,埋深越深,表面层温度越低,不利于融雪化冰;表面层导热系数对融雪化冰影响较大,导热系数越大,高于5℃的温度持续时间越长,对融雪化冰非常有利。

With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, snow-melting and deicing of pavement has been one of the issues needed to be resolved, especially in north and plateau airports. The phase change and energy storage con-crete pavement has been designed as three-layer structure like ‘sandwich' by the means of the principle of functionally graded materials (FGM), the effects of the thickness and buried depth of heating layer and the heat conductivity coefficient on the strength and temperature of pavement had been numerical analyzed. The results show that the effects of buried depth of heat pipelines are smaller on the pavement strength, the buried depth of heat pipelines affected the temperature of the pavement greatly, that is the temperature is lower in surface layer as the buried depth is deeper, and the heat conduc-tivity coefficient of surface layer has great effect on performance of snow-melting and deicing of pavement, the greater the heat conductivity coefficient, the more time of temperature beyond 5℃ kept, which is very benefit for snow-melting and deicing.
