为了有效管理和监测网络信息系统，提高系统安全性，基于多元集对分析联系数和AHP理论研究了网络系统安全性评估方法。首先全方位深入分析影响网络信息系统存在的安全隐患及风险因素，建立网络安全评估指标体系，应用AHP方法及专家数据分析计算各指标所占权重，分析各指标存在的脆弱性，引入多元集对分析联系数概念建立网络安全评估模型，将系统或子指标常介于安全与危险之间的状态分级体现出来，并以实例定量评估了网络系统安全性。实验表明，该评估模型有助把握网络系统安全现状及发展趋势，进而对系统进行有效监测和管理，提升系统安全性。

To manage and monitor network effectively, based on the set pair analysis of multi?contact number and AHP, a network security assessment method is researched to improve the network system security. Firstly, every kind of factors is re?searched deeply and roundly, which affectes the network security. Then, the index system is constructed to assess the net?work. The weight of every index is analyzed and computed based on the AHP and specialist data. The vulnerability of every index is analyzed. Secondly, in order to show the state of system or sub index from safe to danger hierarchically, a network security assessment model is established with the set pair analysis multi?connect number. At last, an actual example is given to achievements evaluation. The result shows that this model is helpful to know the state and trend of network security, and then, it is feasible to monitor and manage network system efficiently and can improve the safety of network system.
