目的：探讨胰岛素、C肽与新生儿、成人的血糖的相关性的区别。方法随机选取新生儿共325例，所有患者入院后立即取静脉血查胰岛素、C肽和血糖。结果胰岛素比C肽反映低血糖更灵敏，有显著差异；胰岛素与C肽反映低血糖准确性没有显著差异。结论新生儿期检测胰岛素比C肽意义更大，与成人有显著不同。
목적：탐토이도소、C태여신생인、성인적혈당적상관성적구별。방법수궤선취신생인공325례，소유환자입원후립즉취정맥혈사이도소、C태화혈당。결과이도소비C태반영저혈당경령민，유현저차이；이도소여C태반영저혈당준학성몰유현저차이。결론신생인기검측이도소비C태의의경대，여성인유현저불동。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the difference of insulin ,C‐peptide and neonatal , adult blood sugar .Methods 325 newborns were randomly selected .All patients in hospital were taken venous blood to detect insulin ,C‐peptide and glucose immediately .Results Insulin is more sensitive than C‐peptide in hypoglyce‐mia with significant differences .There were no significant differences in hypoglycemia accuracy of insulin and C‐pep‐tide .Conclusion Detection of insulin in neonatal is more r significant than and detection of C‐peptide ,which is obvi‐ously different from adults .
