在常规起钻过程中存在灌浆不及时、溢流监测不准确、冬季灌浆困难等问题。研制了一套自动灌浆系统。该系统具有自动灌浆功能,运行可靠、溢流报警快速准确、适应低温施工、可操作性强等特点。现场试验结果表明该系统满足现场施工要求,可推广应用。
在常規起鑽過程中存在灌漿不及時、溢流鑑測不準確、鼕季灌漿睏難等問題。研製瞭一套自動灌漿繫統。該繫統具有自動灌漿功能,運行可靠、溢流報警快速準確、適應低溫施工、可操作性彊等特點。現場試驗結果錶明該繫統滿足現場施工要求,可推廣應用。

Aiming at the problems of filling not timely,overflow monitoring inaccurate and winter filling difficulty in the conventional process of pulling out,a set of automatic filling system was developed,which has characteristics of reliable automatic filling operation,overflow alarm quickly and accurately,adapt to the low temperature construction and good operability.The field test re-sults show that the system meet the requirement of construction site,suitable for popularization and Application.
