冲击器是提高深井机械钻速的主要井下工具。针对冲击器核心部件易损坏,寿命短,提速效果不明显等问题,设计了 NPJ-1型高效脉冲射流轴向冲击器。该工具通过水力调节机构使钻头在旋转的同时产生纵向振动,可显著改善钻头与井底附近岩石的受力状况,有效提高机械钻速。通过数值模拟分析,室内强度试验、原理试验,该脉冲射流轴向冲击器工作原理正确,结构简单、可靠,明显提高了钻井速度,且使用寿命长。
遲擊器是提高深井機械鑽速的主要井下工具。針對遲擊器覈心部件易損壞,壽命短,提速效果不明顯等問題,設計瞭 NPJ-1型高效脈遲射流軸嚮遲擊器。該工具通過水力調節機構使鑽頭在鏇轉的同時產生縱嚮振動,可顯著改善鑽頭與井底附近巖石的受力狀況,有效提高機械鑽速。通過數值模擬分析,室內彊度試驗、原理試驗,該脈遲射流軸嚮遲擊器工作原理正確,結構簡單、可靠,明顯提高瞭鑽井速度,且使用壽命長。

Rock breaking technology is the core technology for oil and gas drilling and the focus of drilling engineering basic research.At present,all kinds of deep shock are main downhole tools of improving ROP.For the problems of current shocks that core components is easily damaged,life is short,speed is not obvious,we designed a new type of pulsed axial impactor.The pulsed axial im-pactor allows longitudinal vibration while rotating through certain hydraulic adjustment mecha-nism can significantly improve the situation of drill bit and downhole nearby rocks and improve drilling speed.By numerical analysis tool strength check,interior strength test and principle ex-periment,the pulse jet axial impact device works properly,have reliable structure,and achieve the aim of a simple structure,no wearing parts were found,meeting the basic requirements for extend-ed service life.
