University-enterprise cooperation is the basic way for the professional development of the secondary vocational schools. In the construction of professional teachers’s team, secondary vocational schools should discuss the specific operation from the aspects of organization and management of teachers’construction, professional training of teachers and the promotion of professional ability, in order to lay a foundation for improving the education quality of teaching.
