With the fact that our country is speeding up the construction goal of modern educational system, fusion and complementary between different types of higher education become a necessity. In this respect, Europe, the United States and other western countries have rich experience and we should learn from them using for reference. This article studies how to build a mutual recognition system of credits system of vocational education and general educationin in our country.
