观察并分析了磁力超声电镀对复合镀层的影响。通过对比分析上砂过程中加磁力和未加磁力、加厚过程中采用超声和未采用超声得到的复合镀层的微观结构,由于磁力的作用,金刚石磨料被均匀吸附在基体表面上,则镀层表面金刚石磨料分布均匀,特别在低电流区域内也能获得有效镀层,提高沉积效率、降低氢脆;采用超声波的机械振动作用,去除了附着在镀层上的氢气泡,这样可以提高镀层致密度,使镀层细致、紧密、孔隙少。
觀察併分析瞭磁力超聲電鍍對複閤鍍層的影響。通過對比分析上砂過程中加磁力和未加磁力、加厚過程中採用超聲和未採用超聲得到的複閤鍍層的微觀結構,由于磁力的作用,金剛石磨料被均勻吸附在基體錶麵上,則鍍層錶麵金剛石磨料分佈均勻,特彆在低電流區域內也能穫得有效鍍層,提高沉積效率、降低氫脆;採用超聲波的機械振動作用,去除瞭附著在鍍層上的氫氣泡,這樣可以提高鍍層緻密度,使鍍層細緻、緊密、孔隙少。
관찰병분석료자력초성전도대복합도층적영향。통과대비분석상사과정중가자력화미가자력、가후과정중채용초성화미채용초성득도적복합도층적미관결구,유우자력적작용,금강석마료피균균흡부재기체표면상,칙도층표면금강석마료분포균균,특별재저전류구역내야능획득유효도층,제고침적효솔、강저경취;채용초성파적궤계진동작용,거제료부착재도층상적경기포,저양가이제고도층치밀도,사도층세치、긴밀、공극소。
The influence of magnetic ultrasonic electroplating on the composite coating is observed and an-alyzed.Through comparison and analysis the microstructure of composite coating, which has been ob-tained at the process of sand with magnetic force and without magnetic force, upsetting with using ultra-sonic and without ultrasonic,due to the action of magnetic force, the abrasive of diamond is adsorbed uni-formly on the surface of the substrate.We could obtain the effective coating especially during the low cur-rent region, that improve the deposition efficiency and lower the hydrogen brittleness.By using ultrasonic mechanical vibration, which remove the hydrogen bubbles of attachment of the coating, improve the den-sity of the coating, also make the composite coating fine and close, less porosity.
