杭州百大绿城庆春广场项目位于繁华的闹市区,东靠银泰商场和庆春广场,西北角为欧亚达广场,西侧紧贴多幢3层民房,周边环境非常复杂;同时,该工程基坑开挖深度普遍达到18.7m和19.7m,局部电梯井等深坑开挖深度达22.45m,开挖期间受到承压水的影响,需对承压水进行处理。围护设计采用地下连续墙结合三道水平内支撑的围护形式,同时对西侧靠近民房的位置采取了针对性的加强措施;另外,对于局部深坑,没有按照常规的设减压井的方式来处理承压水,而是采取了局部加固措施来保证抗承压水的稳定性。通过以上措施,有效地确保了基坑开挖的顺利进行和周边环境的安全。

Baida-Greentown Qingchun square project is located in bustling downtown of Hangzhou, on the east side to Intime mal and Qingchun square, southeast to Ayd mal , on the west side close to civil houses, the surrounding environment is complex. At the same time, the pit depth general y reach 18.7m and 19.7m, elevator pit depth reach 22.45m, measures need to be taken against the confined water during excavation. Pit supporting design uses a combination of diaphragm wal with 3 lateral bracing, and targeted measures have been taken to improve civil houses safety on the west side;the project substitute foundation reinforcement for relief wel system to deal with the confined water. Through the above measures, effectively ensuring pit excavation is carried out smoothly and the safety of surrounding environment.
