目的:研究P265GH钢在模拟污染大气环境中的腐蚀行为,探讨NaHSO3和NaCl的协同作用对P265GH钢大气腐蚀影响。方法利用SEM,XRD和FTIR技术以及腐蚀质量损失分析。结果在NaHSO3存在的环境中,α-FeOOH易于形成,而在NaCl存在的环境中,γ-Fe2O3和Fe3O4易于形成,两者同时存在的环境中,P265GH钢腐蚀质量损失比单一腐蚀介质存在时的质量损失大。结论 NaHSO3和NaCl之间存在协同效应,腐蚀介质对P265GH钢腐蚀影响顺序为NaHSO3+NaCl>NaHSO3>NaCl。

목적:연구P265GH강재모의오염대기배경중적부식행위,탐토NaHSO3화NaCl적협동작용대P265GH강대기부식영향。방법이용SEM,XRD화FTIR기술이급부식질량손실분석。결과재NaHSO3존재적배경중,α-FeOOH역우형성,이재NaCl존재적배경중,γ-Fe2O3화Fe3O4역우형성,량자동시존재적배경중,P265GH강부식질량손실비단일부식개질존재시적질량손실대。결론 NaHSO3화NaCl지간존재협동효응,부식개질대P265GH강부식영향순서위NaHSO3+NaCl>NaHSO3>NaCl。
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the corrosion behavior of low alloy steel P265GH in simulated atmospheric environment with pollutants, and discuss the influence of the synergic effect of NaHSO3 and NaCl on the atmospheric corrosion of P265GH. Methods SEM, XRD, FTIR and mass loss were used to analyze the corroded samples. Results In the environment with the presence of NaHSO3,α-FeOOH formed easily, while in the environment with the presenceof NaCl,γ-Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 formed easily. The mass losses of P265GH steel in the presence of both NaHSO3 and NaCl were larger than those in the separate presence of NaHSO3 or NaCl. Conclusion There was synergic effect between NaHSO3 and NaCl in the atmospheric corrosion process of P265GH steel. The sequence of corrosive media affecting the corrosion process of P265GH steel was:NaHSO3+NaCl>NaHSO3>NaCl.
