随着国内外气体钻井技术的不断发展,气体钻井技术与水平井等钻井技术相结合在致密低渗油气藏开发方面展现了巨大的潜力。对于气体钻井来说,气体钻水平段时摩阻转矩问题突出,大福增加了水平段轨迹控制的难度和风险,因此,不仅需要有良好的钻井设备,还需要依靠钻井工艺技术及基础理论支撑。以钻柱力学中软杆模型为基础对气体钻井钻柱摩阻转矩影响因素进行分析研究。研究结果表明:随着摩擦因数的增加摩擦阻力、转矩相应增加;随着转速的增加摩阻力减小,转矩增加;随着起钻速度的增加摩擦阻力增加,转矩减小。对普通钻井液钻井和气体钻井进行了对比,气体钻井的摩阻转矩要大于普通钻井液钻井。同时分析了接头对气体钻井摩阻力及转矩的影响。

With the development of gas drilling technology at home and abroad,the joint applica-tion of gas drilling and horizontal drilling technology showed tremendous potential in the develop-ment of tight low permeability oil and gas reservoir.For gas drilling,the matter of torque and drag in horizontal section by gas drilling method is severe,which increases more difficulty and hazard on horizontal drilling.Therefore good drilling equipment is not only needed,but also drilling tech-nology and basic theory support are needed.On the basis of predecessors’research in this paper, influential factors of friction and torque of drill string in gas drilling have been analyzed based on soft-string model in drill string mechanics.Research results show that with the increase of friction coefficient,the friction and torque increase correspondingly;with the increase of rotate speed the friction decrease and the torque increase;with the increase of tripping out speed the friction in-crease and the torque decrease.The conventional drilling fluid drilling and gas drilling are com-pared,friction and torque of drill string in gas drilling is larger than that in ordinary drilling fluid. At the same time,the influence of joint for gas drilling friction and torque has also been analyzed.
