Equipment system evaluation is an important part in construction of equipment system. The paper analyses the characteristics and superiority of big data. Then, it compares the advantages and the insufficiency of common method of e?quipment system evaluation and expounds the big data analyze method applying to equipment system evaluation. The method of equipment system evaluation based on BDA is proposed, which includes the data integration module, the simulation exper?iment design module, system capacity evaluation module and equipment system of equipment system of BDA analysis mod?ule, describes these modules’ workflow and functional characteristics. Finally, combined with detailed examples, it illustrates the work flow and characteristics of evaluation of equipment system based on BDA, the simulation experiment excavate the relationship of equipment and system of systems, scenario task and system of systems, system of systems and capability of system of systems, the analytic result could supply aid decision making for the equipment system of systems’ construction.
