水力压裂是一项安全有效的煤岩体弱化技术。然而,缺乏配套钻机是导致压裂钻孔施工速度慢、压裂作业效率低的主要原因之一,严重制约水力压裂技术在我国煤矿中推广应用。根据水力压裂钻孔设计要求,提出了一种新型多功能钻机平台,基于此平台,钻机可施工任意角度钻孔,钻机的移动、稳钻均可通过平台实现,大幅提升了水力压裂钻孔的效率和安全性,降低人员劳动强度,解决了煤矿顶板水力压裂效率低的问题。

Hydro-fracture is a safe and effective coal and rock weakening technology.Nevertheless, scarcity of matched drill machine is one of the main causes which result into slow construction speed and low working efficiency and seriously restrict popularization and application of hydro-fracture in coal mines.A new-style drilling machine platform with multi-functions was developed on the basis of hydro-fracture borehole design requirement.On the platform, drill machine could construct any angle borehole, drill machine move-ment and stabilization could be realized, which largely improve drilling efficiency and safety, reduce labor intensity, and solve low-ef-ficiency problem of roof hydro-fracture.
