目的：建立比阿培南的药物利用评价（DUE）标准，评价我院比阿培南的用药合理性并提出干预措施。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对照比阿培南的DUE标准，查阅我院2013年1月至2013年6月共75例使用比阿培南医嘱的情况，进行用药分析，并根据评价结果提出整改意见。结果：根据所建立的DUE标准，从用药指征、用药过程、用药结果3方面综合评价；有些指标还不能达到期望目标值，仍有可以改进的地方。结论：DUE是临床药师进行用药合理性干预的有效手段之一。运用所制定的比阿培南的DUE标准，可以更好地促进比阿培南的临床合理应用。
목적：건립비아배남적약물이용평개（DUE）표준，평개아원비아배남적용약합이성병제출간예조시。방법：채용회고성조사방법，대조비아배남적DUE표준，사열아원2013년1월지2013년6월공75례사용비아배남의촉적정황，진행용약분석，병근거평개결과제출정개의견。결과：근거소건립적DUE표준，종용약지정、용약과정、용약결과3방면종합평개；유사지표환불능체도기망목표치，잉유가이개진적지방。결론：DUE시림상약사진행용약합이성간예적유효수단지일。운용소제정적비아배남적DUE표준，가이경호지촉진비아배남적림상합리응용。
Objective: To establish drug use evaluation (DUE) criteria of biapenem, evaluate the rationality of drug therapy, and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods: With retrospective researching methods and drug use evaluation, 75 patients' records from January to June 2013 with the drug therapy of biapenem were selected and studied. According to the evaluation results, some countermeasures were put forward. Results: With the DUE standard of biapenem, its use was synthetically evaluated in three respects: using reason, using method and therapeutic result. Some indicators did not achieve the expected target values, there were still places needing improvements. Conclusion: DUE is one of the effective ways for clinical pharmacists to interfere with drug rational use. Clinical pharmacists can promote clinical rational application of biapenem by the use of DUE criteria.
