由于日本的加入，美国推动的 TPP 谈判已成为全球最有影响的自由贸易谈判之一。且由于 TPP 谈判与美国“亚太再平衡”战略联系密切，日益成为国际关系学、经济学等学科研究的热点问题。本文对日本加入 TPP 的主要原因进行了剖析，并从国际贸易的角度，对相关经济体现有的贸易结构进行了分析，研究了日本加入 TPP 后，其对美国、日本和中国可能产生的影响以及我国的应对策略。

TPP negotiation,which is promoted by USA,is becoming one of the most influential global free trade negotiations with the participation of Japan.With close relationship to US Asia-pacific rebalance strat-egy,TPP negotiation has become a focus in the study of international relations and economics.This paper analyzes the main reasons why Japan would like to join in TPP.From the perspective of international trade, It also studies the existing trade structure,the possible influence on the United States,China and other rel-evant economies and China's response after Japan's participation.
