目的：探讨中药热奄包外敷用于慢性肾脏病非透析患者的临床疗效及护理体会。方法回顾性分析2012年7月至2013年12月医院肾病科门诊及住院的46例慢性肾脏病患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，各23例。对照组患者给予慢性肾脏病综合一体化治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予五子散热奄包外敷治疗，观察两组患者症状及体征、心理状态改善情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.65%，明显高于对照组的86.96%（ P<0.05）。观察组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分均明显低于对照组（ P<0.05），且护理满意度更高。结论慢性肾脏病非透析患者采用中药热奄包外敷，有助于延缓患者疾病进展，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토중약열엄포외부용우만성신장병비투석환자적림상료효급호리체회。방법회고성분석2012년7월지2013년12월의원신병과문진급주원적46례만성신장병환자적림상자료，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각23례。대조조환자급여만성신장병종합일체화치료，관찰조환자재대조조기출상급여오자산열엄포외부치료，관찰량조환자증상급체정、심리상태개선정황。결과관찰조환자총유효솔위95.65%，명현고우대조조적86.96%（ P<0.05）。관찰조환자초필평분급억욱평분균명현저우대조조（ P<0.05），차호리만의도경고。결론만성신장병비투석환자채용중약열엄포외부，유조우연완환자질병진전，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate tbe effect and nursing experience of TCM Reyanbao for external application for treating non-dialy-sis cbronic renal disease. Methods Totally 46 patients from July 2012 to December 2013 in tbe bospital witb cbronic renal disease were selected and performed retrospective analysis. Tbey were randomly divided into tbe control group and tbe observation group,40 cases in eacb group. Tbe control group were given tbe conventional treatment,tbe observation group were given TCM Reyanbao for ex-ternal application on tbe basis of tbe control group. Observe tbe improvement of symptoms,signs and mental states of tbe two groups. Results Tbe total effective rate in tbe observation group was 95. 65%,wbicb was obviously bigber tban 86. 96% in tbe control group( P < 0. 05). Tbe SAS and SDS scores of tbe observation group was obviously lower tban tbose of tbe control group( P < 0. 05), witb better nursing satisfaction. Conclusion TCM Reyanbao for external application in treating cbronic renal disease bas tbe effect of slowing tbe progression of tbe disease and is wortby of clinical promotion.
