埃索美拉唑的合成工艺主要分为4种方法,每类方法采用的主要原材料为乙醛,配料有所不同,合成步骤也不相同,因此采用何种合成工艺,既经济有实用是一个值得研究的课题。为了找出埃索美拉唑的最优合成方法,采用线性规划模型分别对几种合成方法进行比较,得出第二种方法成本低、步骤少、添加试剂少,即方法二最优。

The synthesis process of esomeprazole is mainly divided into four kinds of methods. The main raw materials in each category of methods is acetaldehyde,but the ingredients and synthetic steps are different. This paper researches on selecting an opitmal synthesis method which is not only economical but also practi-cal. The synthesis methods are compared by a linear programming model and the results show that the second method has such advantages as low cost,less steps and less reagents,that is the second one is optimal.
