目的：：研究乳突根治术后不干耳的原因及防治措施。方法：选取2004年9月至2014年9月我院收治的30例乳突根治术后不干耳患者进行回顾性分析，分析其造成不干耳的原因。结果：术腔肉芽组织增生及胆脂瘤残留是术后不干耳的主要原因，其次还有外耳道口狭窄，合并糖尿病，异物残留等原因。结论：根据乳突根治术后不干耳的具体原因以及患者的实际情况选择针对性治疗和处理，是提高临床治疗效果和患者满意度的关键所在。
목적：：연구유돌근치술후불간이적원인급방치조시。방법：선취2004년9월지2014년9월아원수치적30례유돌근치술후불간이환자진행회고성분석，분석기조성불간이적원인。결과：술강육아조직증생급담지류잔류시술후불간이적주요원인，기차환유외이도구협착，합병당뇨병，이물잔류등원인。결론：근거유돌근치술후불간이적구체원인이급환자적실제정황선택침대성치료화처리，시제고림상치료효과화환자만의도적관건소재。
Objective:To study the mastoid after radical operation of dry reason and prevention measures of the ear.Methods:30 cases of radical resection from 2004 September-2014 year in September the mastoid process in our hospital after a dry ear were analyzed retrospectively,analyzed its cause was not dry ear reason.Results:The operative cavity granulation tissue hyperplasia and cholesteatoma residue was not the main cause of postoperative dry ear,followed by ear canal stenosis,diabetes mellitus,cause residue etc.Conclusion:According to the after mastoid-ectomy dry specific causes of ear and the actual situation in the selection of patients targeted therapy and treatment, is the key to improve the clinical treatment effect and patient satisfaction .
