目的：从临床药师的角度进行人文关怀探讨，以改进临床药学工作。方法通过临床药师的临床药学服务流程，了解临床药师实施人文关怀的过程。结果临床药师运用职业技能和人文关怀，提高了患者医疗知识和战胜疾病的信心，取得了良好疗效。结论临床药师要不断加强人文素质修养，将人文关怀贯彻于具体临床药学服务工作中，实现用药最优化、个体化、人性化、专科化和持久化，缓解当前紧张的医患关系。
목적：종림상약사적각도진행인문관부탐토，이개진림상약학공작。방법통과림상약사적림상약학복무류정，료해림상약사실시인문관부적과정。결과림상약사운용직업기능화인문관부，제고료환자의료지식화전성질병적신심，취득료량호료효。결론림상약사요불단가강인문소질수양，장인문관부관철우구체림상약학복무공작중，실현용약최우화、개체화、인성화、전과화화지구화，완해당전긴장적의환관계。
Objective To explore bow to conduct tbe bumanistic concern from tbe perspective of bospital clinical pbarmacists in order to improve tbe clinical pbarmacy work. Methods Tbe course of clinical pbarmacists implementing tbe bumanistic care was understood by means of clinical pbarmacists conducting tbe clinical pbarmaceutical care process. Results Clinical pbarmacists used tbe vocational skills and bumanistic care to improve tbe patients′ medical knowledge and confidence in conquering disease,tbe good tberapeutic effect was obtained. Conclusion Clinical pbarmacists sbould constantly strengtben tbe bumanistic quality cultivation,implement tbe bumanistic care in tbe specific bospital clinical pbarmacy service work,realize tbe optimization,individualization,bumanization,specialization and per-sistence of medication and ease tbe current tense in tbe doctor-patient relationsbip.
