通过在发射光谱半定量分析的基础上改进工作标准配制和摄、译谱方法,利用一米平面光栅摄谱仪测定硅酸盐样品中的微量铍。方法检出限为0.25μg/g,方法精密度(RSD)小于10%;测定国家标准物质,结果与标准值吻合;抽取某批次10%的未知样品外检进行验证,测定结果与化学分析基本一致,符合质量评估要求。该方法无须化学前处理、测量结果可靠,成本低廉,完全符合定量分析硅酸盐样品中微量铍的要求。

Determination of micro beryllium in silicate was determinated by a meter grating spectrograph,which improved the working standard,spectrum perturbation and interpretation of emission spectra in the semi-quantitative analysis.The detection limit was 0.25 μg/g,and the precision of the method(RSD)is less than 10%.The results were agreement with the values after determinate of national standard material.External inspection by random sampling 10% of a batch and results basically consistent with chemical analysis,which in accordance with the quality assessment requirements.This method is without chemical pretreatment,the measurement result is reliable,low cost, and meets requirements of quantitative analysis of micro beryllium in silicate.
