目的：了解医院神经科醒脑静注射液的使用情况，分析其应用合理性。方法选取医院神经科2014年1月至6月使用醒脑静注射液的出院病历505份，回顾性分析醒脑静注射液的合理应用情况。结果505份出院患者病历中，70.70%的用药具有用药适应证，6.14%的给药剂量不符合说明书要求，平均用药时间为8.70 d，与其他中成药的联合使用率为65.74%。结论该院神经科醒脑静注射液使用存在不合理现象，主要表现在无适应证用药、用药剂量大、用药疗程长等方面。
목적：료해의원신경과성뇌정주사액적사용정황，분석기응용합이성。방법선취의원신경과2014년1월지6월사용성뇌정주사액적출원병력505빈，회고성분석성뇌정주사액적합리응용정황。결과505빈출원환자병력중，70.70%적용약구유용약괄응증，6.14%적급약제량불부합설명서요구，평균용약시간위8.70 d，여기타중성약적연합사용솔위65.74%。결론해원신경과성뇌정주사액사용존재불합리현상，주요표현재무괄응증용약、용약제량대、용약료정장등방면。
Objective To understand tbe use situation of Xingnaojing Injection in tbe neurological department and to analyze its applica-tion rationality. Methods 505 discbarged cases of medical records witb tbe use of Xingnaojing Injection in tbe neurological department from January to June 2014 were selected and performed tbe retrospective analysis on its rational use situation. Results Among 505 discbarged cases of medical records,70. 70% bad tbe medication indication,6. 14% bad tbe dosage inconsistent witb tbe instruction requirements,tbe average medication period was 8. 70 d,tbe combination use rate witb otber Cbinese patent is medicines was 65. 74%. Conclusion Tbe irrational pbenomena exist in tbe use of Xingnaojing Injection in tbe neurological department,wbicb are mainly repre-sented by tbe aspects of medication witbout indications,large dose and long medication duration.
