Polyamide resin%Ginkgolides%Purification
目的:研究银杏总内酯的聚酰胺纯化工艺。方法:以树脂型号、上样量、洗脱溶剂、上样液浓度、柱径高比等为研究对象,进行工艺优化。结果:选择聚酰胺树脂,最佳上样提取物质量与柱体积比1∶50,洗脱溶剂为纯化水,径高比为1∶6,洗脱量2.5倍柱体积的纯化工艺,进行银杏总内酯纯化,其纯度达到70%以上。结论:纯化工艺操作简单,成本低廉,精制效果突出,有较高的工业生产应用价值。
目的:研究銀杏總內酯的聚酰胺純化工藝。方法:以樹脂型號、上樣量、洗脫溶劑、上樣液濃度、柱徑高比等為研究對象,進行工藝優化。結果:選擇聚酰胺樹脂,最佳上樣提取物質量與柱體積比1∶50,洗脫溶劑為純化水,徑高比為1∶6,洗脫量2.5倍柱體積的純化工藝,進行銀杏總內酯純化,其純度達到70%以上。結論:純化工藝操作簡單,成本低廉,精製效果突齣,有較高的工業生產應用價值。
목적:연구은행총내지적취선알순화공예。방법:이수지형호、상양량、세탈용제、상양액농도、주경고비등위연구대상,진행공예우화。결과:선택취선알수지,최가상양제취물질량여주체적비1∶50,세탈용제위순화수,경고비위1∶6,세탈량2.5배주체적적순화공예,진행은행총내지순화,기순도체도70%이상。결론:순화공예조작간단,성본저렴,정제효과돌출,유교고적공업생산응용개치。
Objective: To investigate the purification technology of ginkgolides from Ginkgo biloba L. Methods: With the content of ginkgolides as the index, resin type, sample volume and concentration, elu-tion solvent and the rate of column diameter to height were selected as technique parameters. Results: The optimum purification condition was as follows: polyamide resin, sample weight vs column volume 1∶50, col-umn diameter vs height 1∶6 and 2.5 times column volume of elution volume, then the purity of ginkgolides can reach more than 70%. Conclusion: Owing to simple operation, low cost and high purity, the above method for purification of ginkgolides can be widely used in practice.
