目的：探讨诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜去除术后并发症的宫腔镜诊治价值。方法2011年8月～2014年3月，因月经过多行诺舒子宫内膜去除术350例次，术后因各种并发症行宫腔镜检查9例，包括异常阴道排液2例，异常阴道流血1例，月经淋漓不尽3例，阴道出血多1例，月经量多1例，腹痛1例。结果9例宫腔镜检查均发现异常，包括宫腔坏死组织残留2例，单纯宫腔积血1例，子宫瘢痕憩室1例，宫腔积血合并宫腔粘连4例，宫腔粘连合并黏膜下肌瘤1例。6例行诊刮或清宫术，3例宫腔镜术后辅以药物治疗。8例症状消失，1例腹痛者拒绝行宫腔粘连分离术。结论宫腔镜检查能够有效诊断和处理诺舒子宫内膜去除术后并发症。
목적：탐토낙서조항공제자궁내막거제술후병발증적궁강경진치개치。방법2011년8월～2014년3월，인월경과다행낙서자궁내막거제술350례차，술후인각충병발증행궁강경검사9례，포괄이상음도배액2례，이상음도류혈1례，월경림리불진3례，음도출혈다1례，월경량다1례，복통1례。결과9례궁강경검사균발현이상，포괄궁강배사조직잔류2례，단순궁강적혈1례，자궁반흔게실1례，궁강적혈합병궁강점련4례，궁강점련합병점막하기류1례。6례행진괄혹청궁술，3례궁강경술후보이약물치료。8례증상소실，1례복통자거절행궁강점련분리술。결론궁강경검사능구유효진단화처리낙서자궁내막거제술후병발증。
Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of complications after NovaSure endometrial ablation. Methods From August 2011 to March 2014, 350 cases of NovaSure endometrial ablation were carried out for treating menorrhagia .Among them, 9 patients were given hysteroscopic examination for post-operation complications , including 2 cases of abnormal vaginal discharge , 1 case of abnormal vaginal bleeding , 3 cases of prolonged menstruation , 1 case of vaginal massive hemorrhage , 1 case of excessive menstruation , and 1 case of abdominal pain . Results Hysteroscopic abnormalities were found in all the 9 patients, including residual uterine necrosis in 2 cases, uterine bleeding in 1 case, uterine scar diverticulum in 1 case, uterine blooding combined with adhesion in 4 cases, uterine adhesion combined with submucosal myoma in 1 case.Six patients accepted D&C , and 3 patients were given further medical treatment .Symptoms disappeared in 8 patients after hysteroscopic procedures , except one patient who refused receiving hysteroscopic lysis of intrauterine adhesions leading to abdominal pain . Conclusion Hysteroscopic examination can effectively diagnose and treat complications after NovaSure endometrial ablation .
