目的探讨妊娠期妇女进行阴道微生态评价的临床意义。方法选取该院妇产科门诊就诊的妊娠期及非妊娠期妇女共1798例，分为非妊娠期、早期妊娠、中期妊娠和晚期妊娠4个组，分别采集阴道分泌物，用常规镜检法结合功能学指标进行阴道微生态评价。结果妊娠期阴道pH值较非孕期偏低，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；BV、VVC、TV 的患病率及菌群异常的发生率比非妊娠期增高；功能学指标也能较好的反映阴道微生态状况。结论常规镜检法与功能学指标相结合能够更全面的评价阴道微生态状况，为临床诊断治疗提供充足的证据，更好的指导临床。
목적탐토임신기부녀진행음도미생태평개적림상의의。방법선취해원부산과문진취진적임신기급비임신기부녀공1798례，분위비임신기、조기임신、중기임신화만기임신4개조，분별채집음도분비물，용상규경검법결합공능학지표진행음도미생태평개。결과임신기음도pH치교비잉기편저，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；BV、VVC、TV 적환병솔급균군이상적발생솔비비임신기증고；공능학지표야능교호적반영음도미생태상황。결론상규경검법여공능학지표상결합능구경전면적평개음도미생태상황，위림상진단치료제공충족적증거，경호적지도림상。
Objective To investigate status of vaginal microecosystem and discuss the application of microeco‐logical evaluation of vaginal microflora in gestational period .Methods 1798 cases of during pregnancy and non‐preg‐nant women from Obstetrics and gynecology clinic in our hospital were selected ,and which were divided into non‐pregnancy ,early pregnancy ,mid‐pregnancy and late pregnancy four groups .vaginal secretion were collected and a an‐alyzed by combined with functional markers with conventional microscopic examination .Results Compared to that in non‐gestational period ,women′s vaginal pH in gestational period was relatively low .The difference is statistically sig‐nificant .The incidence of BV、VVC 、TV and microflora abnormity increased compared to that in non gestational peri‐od .And the functional markers can reflect the situation of the vaginal microflora well .Conclusion Routine micro‐scopic examination and functional markers can be combined with a more comprehensive evaluation of vaginal micro‐flora ,and to provide sufficient evidence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment ,better guide clinical practice .
