内地高职专科学院少数民族大学生的自我同一性既是教育研究必须追问的问题，也是民族融合必须解决的实际问题。调查发现，目前内地高职专科学院少数民族大学生的自我同一性现况表现为：部分民族生出现个体自我意识缺失、自我主体评价模糊、主体的自我选择混乱等现象。造成这一现象既有客观因素影响，也有民族生个体主观因素的存在，为此需要学校、教师以及民族生个体多方共同努力来解决。

The ego - identity of minority college students in inland higher vocational colleges is not only a key issue of vocational education research,but also a basic practical point for ethnic integration. Based on the questionnaire survey,the current situation of minority college students’ego-identity in inland higher vocational colleges lies in the aspects as follows:some of them are found to lack of self-awareness,to confuse the subjective self-evaluation and to be fuzzy self-choice,for the reason of both objective factors and the existence of individual subjective factors,which needs educators and minority college students work together.
