目的：探讨腰痹通胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症所致疼痛的疗效及对炎性因子的影响。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。两组患者均采用腰椎牵引和推拿疗法，对照组患者给予洛索洛芬钠胶囊(1粒／次，3次／日)，治疗组患者给予腰痹通胶囊(3粒／次，3次／日)，治疗2周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%，明显高于对照组的75.00%（ P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分法（VAS）评分均下降（ P<0.05），治疗组下降幅度高于对照组（ P<0.05）；两组患者血清白细胞介素( IL )－6及IL－8表达均下降（ P<0.05），治疗组下降幅度高于对照组（ P<0.05）；治疗组荨麻疹、嗜睡、恶心等不良反应发病率显著低于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者在腰椎机械牵引、推拿的基础上口服腰痹通胶囊，能显著提高临床疗效，镇痛效果佳，抗炎作用明确，安全性好，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토요비통효낭치료요추간반돌출증소치동통적료효급대염성인자적영향。방법장120례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，각60례。량조환자균채용요추견인화추나요법，대조조환자급여락색락분납효낭(1립／차，3차／일)，치료조환자급여요비통효낭(3립／차，3차／일)，치료2주。결과치료조총유효솔위90.00%，명현고우대조조적75.00%（ P<0.05）；치료후，량조환자시각모의동통평분법（VAS）평분균하강（ P<0.05），치료조하강폭도고우대조조（ P<0.05）；량조환자혈청백세포개소( IL )－6급IL－8표체균하강（ P<0.05），치료조하강폭도고우대조조（ P<0.05）；치료조담마진、기수、악심등불량반응발병솔현저저우대조조（ P<0.05）。결론요추간반돌출증환자재요추궤계견인、추나적기출상구복요비통효낭，능현저제고림상료효，진통효과가，항염작용명학，안전성호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate tbe clinical efficacy of Yaobitong Capsule in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and its influence on inflammatory factor. Methods Totally 120 patients were randomly divided into tbe treatment group and tbe control group, 60 cases in eacb group. All tbe patients were treated by lumbar traction and massage tberapy,tbe control group was given Loxoprofen Sodium Capsule(1 capsule eacb time,3 times daily),tbe treatment group was given Yaobitong Capsule(3 capsule eacb time,3 times daily). Tbe two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Conclusion Adding Yaobitong Capsule on tbe basis of lumbar traction and massage tberapy for treating tbe patients witb prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can significantly improve tbe clinical effect witb good analgesic effect,clear anti-in-flammatory effects,good safety,and is wortby of clinical promotion.
