多晶硅生产的合成工序中,输送氯硅烷的急冷塔循环泵两到三个月就要进行一次大修,更换耐磨盘、叶轮、诱导轮和蜗壳等备件,这些备件主要是因为表面磨损和腐蚀严重,导致泵的压力与流量达不到工艺要求。一般情况下,很难找到一种备件能同时满足相应的表面和整体性能,若利用铸渗技术,就地取材,将多晶硅粉末铸渗在易磨损、易腐蚀备件的表面,形成一种保护层,会大幅度降低屏蔽泵备件更换的次数,延长其使用寿命,为多晶硅的生产起到降本增效的积极作用。
