青海某硫铁铜铅锌矿,其原矿中各有用矿物嵌布关系复杂,造成了浮选过程中有价金属富集困难,尤其是原矿中细粒浸染状的磁黄铁矿交代共生于黄铜矿、方铅矿之间,致使采用普通工艺条件铜、铅回收率不高。针对以上特性,试验采用了铜铅混合浮选—铜铅分离—磁选—磁选尾矿优先浮锌—浮锌尾矿再浮硫工艺流程,在原矿含 Zn 2.30%、Pb 1.37%、Cu 0.124%、Ag 18.69 g/t 的条件下,获得了铜精矿含 Cu 24.26%、Ag 548 g/t,Cu 回收率73.75%;铅精矿含 Pb 63.27%、Ag 446 g/t, Pb 回收率94.20%;锌精矿含 Zn 43.63%、Ag 28.56 g/t,Zn 回收率82.16%;Ag 总的回收率为85.71%的良好指标。

One Fe -Cu -Pb -Zn ore containing sulphur in Qinghai province has complex embedding relationship among its useful minerals in the run-of-time ores,resulting in the difficulty of the enrichment of valuable metals in the flotation process.In particular,the fine disseminated pyrrhotite ore is in symbiosis relationship between chalcopyrite and galenite,making the recovery rate of copper and lead low.Aimed at the characteristics,a test using a new technological process has been performed,that is the mixed flotation of copper and lead,separation between copper and lead,magnetic floatation,magnetic floatation of tailings with the priority floatation of zinc,floatation of zinc tailings then finally floatation of sulphur.With the run-of-time ores including 2.30% Zn,1.37% Pb,0.124% Cu and 18.69 g/t Ag,very good technological indexes have been achieved:Copper concentrate containing 24.26% Cu and 548 g/t Ag,the recovery rate of Cu was 73.75%;Lead concentrate containing 63.27% Pb,446 g/t Ag,the recovery rate of Pb was 94.2%;Zinc concentrate containing 43.63% Zn,28.56 g/t Ag,the recovery rate of Zn was 82.16%;and the overall recovery rate of Ag was 85.71%.
