根据某低品位锌硫铁多金属矿矿石的原矿性质,进行了多种流程方案的对比、详细的药剂条件试验和闭路试验研究。试验研究结果表明:采用硫优先浮选—锌浮选—磁选工艺流程,成功实现了锌硫铁的分选,获得硫精矿含 S 46.51%,回收率为93.70%;锌精矿含 Zn 47.16%,回收率为55.23%;铁精矿含铁66.54%,回收率为28.18%的理想指标。
根據某低品位鋅硫鐵多金屬礦礦石的原礦性質,進行瞭多種流程方案的對比、詳細的藥劑條件試驗和閉路試驗研究。試驗研究結果錶明:採用硫優先浮選—鋅浮選—磁選工藝流程,成功實現瞭鋅硫鐵的分選,穫得硫精礦含 S 46.51%,迴收率為93.70%;鋅精礦含 Zn 47.16%,迴收率為55.23%;鐵精礦含鐵66.54%,迴收率為28.18%的理想指標。
근거모저품위자류철다금속광광석적원광성질,진행료다충류정방안적대비、상세적약제조건시험화폐로시험연구。시험연구결과표명:채용류우선부선—자부선—자선공예류정,성공실현료자류철적분선,획득류정광함 S 46.51%,회수솔위93.70%;자정광함 Zn 47.16%,회수솔위55.23%;철정광함철66.54%,회수솔위28.18%적이상지표。
According to the characteristics of a low-grade zinc-pyrite-Iron ore,several processing solutions were compared,then detailed reagent condition tests and close-circuit tests were carried on.The results showed that:with adopted pyrite selective flotation-zinc flotation-magnetic separation flowsheet,Zn /S /Fe separation was effectively actualized.A pyrite concentrate with a S grade of 46.51% and a recovery of 93.70% was obtained.Meanwhile,a zinc concentrate with Zn grade and recovery of 47.16% and 55.23%,a iron ore concentrate with Fe grade and recovery of 66.54% and 28.18%,respectively,can be reclaimed.
