采用拌酸熟化浸出某石煤钒矿,通过对磨矿粒度、熟化硫酸用量、熟化温度、熟化时间、熟化矿浸出温度等条件进行研究,优化拌酸熟化浸出钒工艺参数,钒浸出率可达84.50%,五氧化二钒产品质量达到98.57%,冶炼钒总回收率为80.51%。
採用拌痠熟化浸齣某石煤釩礦,通過對磨礦粒度、熟化硫痠用量、熟化溫度、熟化時間、熟化礦浸齣溫度等條件進行研究,優化拌痠熟化浸齣釩工藝參數,釩浸齣率可達84.50%,五氧化二釩產品質量達到98.57%,冶煉釩總迴收率為80.51%。

Recover vanadium from stone coal by sulphric acid curing.Through the study of some conditions such as particle size,curing sulphuric acid dosage,curing temperature,curing time,leaching temperature etc,the parper processes optimization of vanadium extraction from stone coal by sulphuric acid curing-leaching with leaching rate reaching as high as 84.5%.The product grade is up to 98.57%,and the final recovey rate up to 80.51%.
