目前市场上自动铅笔一般采用脉动式机芯结构,而本设计利用口红旋转的结构设计实现铅芯的进与退,即采用了旋转式结构。用类似三爪卡盘的机构夹住笔芯(约夹0.2cm),通过尽量减少夹头夹紧的长度以及改变旋转式自动笔出铅螺旋套前部的锥度来实现节约铅芯,实现了铅芯最大程度的利用。该设计结构简便合理,使用更加方便。通过关键零件的强度及ANSYA等分析得知,结构可靠。
