从形态理论出发,提出交易型、协作型和发掘型3种采购实践形态,研究面向不同采购竞争优先权时如何实施采购管理实践。基于已有研究,引入生产竞争力理论和采购效力概念,构建采购实践形态与采购竞争优先权间适配关系理论,并提出研究假设。对中国部分装备制造企业进行大样本调查,运用SPSS和AMOS进行信度和效度分析,并用潜变量交互效应建模的方法进行假设检验。研究结果表明,采购实践形态与采购竞争优先权间适配关系显著影响企业绩效,针对不同采购竞争优先权实施相应合理的采购实践活动是有效实现采购职能战略性价值的关键。成本优先权下实施交易型采购实践形态下的采购实践更有效,质量优先权下实施协作型采购实践形态下的采购实践更有效,柔性优先权下实施协作型采购实践形态下的采购实践更有效,创新优先权下实施发掘型采购实践形态下的采购实践更有效。研究结果有助于企业更好地理解供应商和采购职能对企业价值的贡献,便于指导企业在面对不同采购竞争优先权时设计并实施有效的采购管理实践。

Nowadays, suppliers are playing great roles in improving manufacturers′product competitiveness, which contributes to the theoretical viewpoint that purchasing function should be operating at a strategic level in a firm.But the evolution of the pur-chasing function has been slow, and the contribution that purchasing function can make has therefore yet to achieve its maximum level in many firms.Firms should thus know how to take the purchasing and supply management more effectively.In this paper, on the basis of configuration theory, transactional, collaborative and exploitative configurations of purchasing practices are pro-posed to explore how to implement effective purchasing practices for firms when they are facing different purchasing competitive priorities. Then, first of all, the literature on purchasing management practices and purchasing competitive priorities is analyzed to support the author′s viewpoint.Secondly, the theory of production competence and concept of purchasing efficacy is introduced to con-struct the alignment model between purchasing practice configurations and purchasing competitive priorities.Thereafter, the theo-retical hypotheses are put forward accordingly. To empirically test the hypotheses, variable measurement and choice of research method are crucial procedures to take into ac-count.Chapter 3 are thus designed to resolve these questions, and the structural equation modeling of latent interactions is cho-sen to test the hypotheses.After all of these questions have been solved, the empirically test could be carried out orderly.A large-sample survey is conducted to Chinese manufacturers, and then SPSS and Amos are chosen to proceed reliability and validi-ty test of the scale, and the hypotheses test. The results indicate that the alignment between purchasing practice configurations and purchasing competitive priorities has a strong, positive effect on firm performance.It can thus be concluded that designing and implementing reasonable purchasing practices depending upon purchasing competitive priorities are key in benefiting from purchasing function′s strategic value.More specifically, it will be more effective to implement transactional purchasing practices when the purchasing strategy is cost-priori-tized.And when it′s quality-prioritized, firms should implement collaborative purchasing practices.For purchasing strategy that prioritized flexibility, the collaborative purchasing practices are more effective.Still, the exploitative purchasing practices are more applicable when it′s innovation-prioritized.With these results, it′ll be helpful for manufacturers to better understand the contributions that the suppliers and purchasing function could make for firm′s strategic target.What′s more, it′s believed that the results might provide new insights and more practicable schemes for firms to design and implement effective purchasing practices when facing different purchasing competitive priorities.
