目的：评价医院万古霉素临床应用情况。方法调查医院2012年8月至2013年1月应用万古霉素的住院患者114例，对年龄、性别、感染类型、用药情况、病原学检查、用药疗效、不良反应/事件等进行统计分析。结果114例患者中，应用万古霉素的有效率为64.04%，药物利用指数(DUI)为0.85，其中有病原学检测的占98.25%，与药物敏感性试验报告相符占47.37%。使用过程中存在用药不合理问题，如用法不适宜、给药途径不适宜、用量不适宜、溶剂不适宜。结论医院万古霉素临床应用基本合理，但仍存在不合理现象，临床应规范使用。
목적：평개의원만고매소림상응용정황。방법조사의원2012년8월지2013년1월응용만고매소적주원환자114례，대년령、성별、감염류형、용약정황、병원학검사、용약료효、불량반응/사건등진행통계분석。결과114례환자중，응용만고매소적유효솔위64.04%，약물이용지수(DUI)위0.85，기중유병원학검측적점98.25%，여약물민감성시험보고상부점47.37%。사용과정중존재용약불합리문제，여용법불괄의、급약도경불괄의、용량불괄의、용제불괄의。결론의원만고매소림상응용기본합리，단잉존재불합리현상，림상응규범사용。
Objective To evaluate clinical application of vancomycin. Methods Investigation of our hospital medical records of 114 cases of hospitalized patients with application of vancomycin in August 2012 to January 2013, for age, sex, affected disease, drug usage, etiology examination, curative effect and adverse reactions / events for statistical analysis. Results 114 cases of hospitalized patients with van-comycin, treatment of efficient is 64. 04% , DUI is 0. 85, of which 98. 25% pathogenic examination, 47. 37% are in conformity with the report of bacterial susceptibility. There were some not appropriate problems of usage, drug delivery, dosage and solvent. Conclusion The application of vancomycin in our hospital is reasonable on the whole, but there are still unreasonable problems; the clinical rational use of vancomycin should be regulated.
