针对车削加工中的颤振现象,设计一种车床横刀架的电流变减振装置。首先,根据机床的结构和工作原理,建立基于电流变减振装置的车削系统动力学模型,分析车削系统的阻尼比和刚度对车削稳定性的影响。然后,采用振动响应方差及自相关系数作为颤振预报的综合判据,开发具有在线监测及自适应控制功能的车削颤振神经网络控制系统。最后,进行基于电流变效应的车削颤振神经网络控制试验。结果表明,不同车削条件下,达到最佳减振效果的控制电压不同,该控制系统均可以有效地预报车削颤振并自适应调整控制电压,减小振动响应幅值,抑制车削颤振。
針對車削加工中的顫振現象,設計一種車床橫刀架的電流變減振裝置。首先,根據機床的結構和工作原理,建立基于電流變減振裝置的車削繫統動力學模型,分析車削繫統的阻尼比和剛度對車削穩定性的影響。然後,採用振動響應方差及自相關繫數作為顫振預報的綜閤判據,開髮具有在線鑑測及自適應控製功能的車削顫振神經網絡控製繫統。最後,進行基于電流變效應的車削顫振神經網絡控製試驗。結果錶明,不同車削條件下,達到最佳減振效果的控製電壓不同,該控製繫統均可以有效地預報車削顫振併自適應調整控製電壓,減小振動響應幅值,抑製車削顫振。

To suppress the chatter phenomenon in turning process, an electro-rheological fluid (ERF) damper of lathe’s tool carriages was developed. Firstly, the mechanical model of the turning system with ERF damper was established, and the influence of damping ratio and stiffness of the turning system on the stability of turning process was analyzed. Then, using the square root difference and self-correlation coefficient of the vibration response as a comprehensive criterion for chatter prediction, a neural network control system based on the function of on-line monitoring and adaptive control for turning chatter was developed. Finally, neural network control tests based on the ERF for the turning chatter were conducted. The results show that the control voltage corresponding to the best damping effect is not the same under different turning conditions. The control system can predict turning chatter effectively and adjust the control voltage adaptively so that the acceleration response is reduced and the turning chatter is inhibited.
