以就业为导向,紧紧围绕“提升就业能力”这一中心,从实验课程体系、实训基地、实习、毕业论文选题和师资队伍五个基本要点进行了探讨,构建出一套适合高分子材料专业发展的“1+5”型实践教学模式。此实践教学模式的运行,有望促进高分子材料专业学生的就业及提高就业质量。

in this paper, we construct a set of “1 + 5”practice teaching mode suitable for polymer materials specialty development, which that are discussed from the five basic points of the experiment curriculum system, practical training base, practice, graduation thesis topic and the teachers team, under the employment-oriented, closely around the center of the “promote employment ability”. The operation of the practice teaching mode is expected to promote employment and improve the quality of employment for students majoring in polymer materials.
