针对船舶轴系纵向振动控制展开研究。结合智能材料磁流变弹性体结构特点,提出一种新型动力吸振器结构--磁流变弹性体动力吸振器(MRE-DVA)—的思想,通过利用磁流变弹性体的刚度可调特性设计一种新型的宽频吸振器,实现变转速工况下对船舶轴系纵向振动的有效控制。加工相应的轴系半主动控制吸振器,并进行移频效应测试试验,验证利用磁流变弹性体流变特性设计动力吸振器的构想,从而为推进轴系的纵向振动控制提供理论和工程依据。
針對船舶軸繫縱嚮振動控製展開研究。結閤智能材料磁流變彈性體結構特點,提齣一種新型動力吸振器結構--磁流變彈性體動力吸振器(MRE-DVA)—的思想,通過利用磁流變彈性體的剛度可調特性設計一種新型的寬頻吸振器,實現變轉速工況下對船舶軸繫縱嚮振動的有效控製。加工相應的軸繫半主動控製吸振器,併進行移頻效應測試試驗,驗證利用磁流變彈性體流變特性設計動力吸振器的構想,從而為推進軸繫的縱嚮振動控製提供理論和工程依據。

Longitudinal vibration control of ship propelling shaft system was studied. The idea of a new-type dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) was put forward based on the structural characteristics of the smart material of magneto-rheological elastomers (MRE). A new-type broad frequency absorber was designed, employing the characteristic of stiffness adjustable of MRE material, to realize the effective control of the longitudinal vibration of the ship shafting system under variable operating conditions. A semi-active control absorber for the shaft system was processed, and the frequency shift effect was measured. The experiment results agree well with the theoretical analysis. This idea is verified. It is of directive significance for engineering design and application of the dynamic vibration absorbers.
