为充分利用CAE工具降低新车开发成本,以某车型前期开发为例,从怠速振动发生的机理出发,理论推导四缸发动机的气体激励和惯性激励,作为载荷输入到待开发新车的整车有限元模型,预测座椅的怠速振动。为降低座椅怠速振动加速度,研究九条主要的传递路径对座椅怠速振动加速度的贡献量分析,在综合平衡汽车各性能、重量和成本等因素的条件下,给出三种改进方案,同时采用这三个改进方案,使座椅怠速振动达到设计目标。通过实车试验验证这种分析方法在车辆前期开发中怠速振动预测和控制的有效性。

The mechanism of idle vibration of the four-cylinder engine of a car was studied. The finite element model for a newly developed car was established by means of CAE tool. The gas excitation and inertial excitation to the four-cylinder engine of the car were derived theoretically. And the excitations were used as the input loads to the finite element model. Then, the seat track idle vibration was predicted. To reduce the seat track idle vibration, contributions of nine transfer paths to the acceleration of the seat track idle vibration were analyzed. Considering the overall balance of performances, weight and cost etc. of the vehicle, three improvement strategies for the idle vibration reduction were presented. It was found that the target of the idle vibration reduction could be reached with the three strategies. A real car test verified the effectiveness of this method for prediction and control of seat track idle vibration in the advanced vehicle development.
