研究制备工艺与针刺非织造布的基本性能和力学性能之间的关系,用扫描电镜测试非织造布的微观结构,分析影响其力学性能的内在因素.结果表明,当针刺频率为13次/s,针刺次数为3次,输出速度为0.6m/s时,针刺非织造布的综合性能最优;影响非织造布力学性能的主要因素为针刺频率和针刺的次数.
研究製備工藝與針刺非織造佈的基本性能和力學性能之間的關繫,用掃描電鏡測試非織造佈的微觀結構,分析影響其力學性能的內在因素.結果錶明,噹針刺頻率為13次/s,針刺次數為3次,輸齣速度為0.6m/s時,針刺非織造佈的綜閤性能最優;影響非織造佈力學性能的主要因素為針刺頻率和針刺的次數.

The relation between the preparation process of needle-punched nonwoven and the basic properties&mechanical property was discussed. Mechanical property of nonwoven fabric was tested by scanning electron mi-croscopy ( SEM) which was used to analyze the inner factors of mechanical performance. Results show that when the stroke frequency is 13, the number of acupuncture is three times and the output speed is 0. 6 m/s, the com-prehensive performance of needle-punched nonwoven is optimal. The main factors influencing the mechanical property of nonwoven are the stroke frequency and the number of acupuncture.
