针对高寒地区渠道量水受低温、结冰等诸多因素影响,研制开发适用于支斗渠自动量水的渠道水位图像智能识别系统,并通过GPRS/internet网络实现渠道水位的远程传输,结合量水设施,采用远程直读模式实现渠道水位图像直观显示、水量的自动计量,提高了监测数据的实时性、准确性、可靠性和时效性。
針對高寒地區渠道量水受低溫、結冰等諸多因素影響,研製開髮適用于支鬥渠自動量水的渠道水位圖像智能識彆繫統,併通過GPRS/internet網絡實現渠道水位的遠程傳輸,結閤量水設施,採用遠程直讀模式實現渠道水位圖像直觀顯示、水量的自動計量,提高瞭鑑測數據的實時性、準確性、可靠性和時效性。

In view of measuring water in canal in high altitude is influenced by many factors such as low temperature, freezing etc, canal water level image intelligent identification system is developed for measuring water automatically in branch and lateral canal, and through GPRS/Internet network to realize the remote transmission of water level image. Combined with the water measuring facilities, remote direct reading mode was adopted to realize the visual display of canal water level image and automatic water measuring and improve the real-time, accuracy, reliability and efficiency of the monitoring data.
