目的:建立液相色谱法检测奶油中苯并(a)芘的快速检测方法。方法试样中的苯并(a)芘经正己烷溶解提取,通过苯并(a)芘专用 SPE 小柱分离纯化,液相色谱-配荧光检测器检测,通过保留时间定性、外标法定量。结果该方法检测苯并芘回收率范围在88.4%~98.7%之间,相对标准偏差在1.23%~3.22%之间,最低检出限为0.3μg/kg。结论该方法简单、快速、分离度好,适用于批量样品的测定。

목적:건립액상색보법검측내유중분병(a)비적쾌속검측방법。방법시양중적분병(a)비경정기완용해제취,통과분병(a)비전용 SPE 소주분리순화,액상색보-배형광검측기검측,통과보류시간정성、외표법정량。결과해방법검측분병비회수솔범위재88.4%~98.7%지간,상대표준편차재1.23%~3.22%지간,최저검출한위0.3μg/kg。결론해방법간단、쾌속、분리도호,괄용우비량양품적측정。
Objective To develop a method for determination of benzo(a)pyrene content in cream by liquid chromatography. Methods Samples were dissolved by n-hexane, and then separated and purified by benzo(a)pyrene SPE column. The extracts were detected by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector, qualitative and quantification analyses were achieved by retention time and external standard method with peak area, respectively. Results The recoveries of benzo(a)pyrene were ranged of 88.4%~98.7%, the relative standard deviation were 1.23%~3.22%, and the detection limit was 0.3 μg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, with a good separating degree, which is suitable for the bath sample determination.
