目的：分析武汉地区2009年至2013年抗结核药物的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2009年至2013年武汉地区34家入网医院抗结核药物的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）进行统计分析。结果武汉地区年抗结核用药金额及 DDDs逐年增加，一线抗结核药物仍占主导地位，二线抗结核药物用量虽呈逐年增加趋势，但其比例仍小于一线抗结核药。经典抗结核药物DDDs 仍居主导地位，新的抗结核药物也在逐渐扩大应用。结论武汉地区医院抗结核药物临床应用基本合理，也反映了目前结核病治疗的发展趋势，但中成药抗结核病的疗效仍有待评估。
목적：분석무한지구2009년지2013년항결핵약물적응용정황，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법대2009년지2013년무한지구34가입망의원항결핵약물적용약금액、용약빈도（DDDs）、일균비용（DDC）진행통계분석。결과무한지구년항결핵용약금액급 DDDs축년증가，일선항결핵약물잉점주도지위，이선항결핵약물용량수정축년증가추세，단기비례잉소우일선항결핵약。경전항결핵약물DDDs 잉거주도지위，신적항결핵약물야재축점확대응용。결론무한지구의원항결핵약물림상응용기본합리，야반영료목전결핵병치료적발전추세，단중성약항결핵병적료효잉유대평고。
Objective To analyze the current applications and trends of antituberculosis drugs in Wuhan area from 2009 - 2013. Methods Using the analytical method of the consumption sum, the Defined Daily Dose (DDDs), the DDC in 34 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period 2009 - 2013 was analyzed statistically. Results The consumption sum and the frequency of drug use of antitu-berculosis drugs increased year by year. The first - line antituberculosis drugs were still the preferred drugs, and the ratio of second -line antituberculosis drugs was less than first - line ones, although there was a rising tendency of the consumption of second - line anti-tuberculosis. The consumption of the new antituberculosis drugs increased in these five years. Conclusion The utilization of antitubercu-losis drugs are basically reasonable, and reflect the trends of tuberculosis treatment. But the use of Chinese medicines still needs further evaluation.
