目的：调查泸州医学院附属医院药品阳光采购实施情况，评价医院药品阳光采购管理制度实施现状，为卫生行政部门优化阳光采购积分管理提供参考数据。方法对2011年至2013年药品阳光采购的网上药品采购金额，原研专利单独定价药品采购金额比例，基本药物品规数比例及采购金额比例，中草药、中药饮片和院内制剂等采购金额比例进行汇总、统计、分析。结果2011年至2013年药品阳光采购月平均积分为90分以上，达到规定要求；中草药、中药饮片和院内制剂等采购金额比例在3%以下，未达标；其余药品采购比例达到规定要求。结论通过阳光采购，能有效降低药品价格，让利于民，同时促进临床安全、有效、经济的合理用药，切实可行。
