目的：对医科达Precise(105753)加速器运行10年间所发生的各种故障和设备的整体运行状态进行综合分析与总结，探讨加速器正常运转和提高使用率的有效办法。方法：将各种故障现象和状态进行系统的总结、分析及归类，找出解决办法。结果：通过对医科达Precise(105753)故障的系统总结，明确加速器在投入临床使用的初期和运行10年以上阶段故障率较高部分，其中相对故障率较高部分包括机械部分和高压部分。结论：保证加速器的正常运转、提高设备使用率的最有效办法是依靠科学的管理、合理的使用和保养，只有规范医用加速器等大型医疗设备的维修、保养操作和加速器质量保证与质量控制流程，才能够提高加速器的开机率，从而全面提升加速器在肿瘤放射治疗的综合地位。
