随着我国高速公路隧道运营里程的迅速增加,运营高速公路隧道渗漏水病害日益突出。针对某高速6座隧道季节性渗漏水病害,通过实地调查、病害监控,结合病害成因分析、病害判定分级和病害整治研究,分析各类渗漏水危害性,提出不同时期渗漏水病害状况和相应的病害整治措施。研究结果表明:①以地表水为主要水源的隧道排水系统易堵塞,病害严重。②点渗漏危害一般最为严重,尤其拱部和仰拱,呈喷射或涌流状;线渗漏危害次之,一般表现为环向<纵向<斜裂缝。③病害分为初期、整治期和整治后运营期,初期以泄水降压和引排为主,整治期可能出现泛碱、泛黄、不均匀沉降等。④拱部点渗漏先边墙泄水,然后维修加固,纵向和斜裂缝线渗漏采用泄水孔剔槽引排,面渗漏主要涂刷防水材料。研究成果为公路隧道维护和病害防治提供重要的资料,并具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。

With the rapid increase of China’s highway mileage, the water leakage of highway tunnel is becoming more and more prominent. Aiming at the seasonal leakage of a highway tunnel, through field surveys and fault surveillance, considering cause of fault, fault determination and remediation measures, all kinds of leakage dangers were discovered. And the leakage status in different periods and the corresponding tunnel remediation measures were discussed. The results indicate that the tun-nel water drainage system designed to drain away surface water is easy to plug, and the situation is serious;that the point leakage is generally the most serious leakage, which jets or surges, especially in the arch and invert;that the second dangerous leakage is the line leakage, and the harmfulness of the line leakages—circumferential crack >the longitudinal crack >the inclined crack. The fault is divided into three periods:beginning period, remediation period and the operational period after im-provement. In the beginning period, the main solution is water release and antihypertensive. It may appear efflorescence, yellowing uneven subsidence in the remediation period. For the point leakage in the arch, the first solution is water release in sidewall, and then maintenance and reinforcement. The longitudinal and diagonal cracks can be repaired by digging a sink under the drainage hole. For the surface leakage, the main solution is applying waterproof material. The research results provide important data for highway tunnel maintenance and fault prevention, and have certain practical sig-nificance and reference value.
