目的：通过在内分泌病区建立胰岛素用药教育模式，探讨该模式的可操作性和有效性。方法临床药师通过总结患者胰岛素用药中存在的问题，建立用药教育模式，全面实施患者用药教育。结果临床药师对患者进行胰岛素用药教育，增加了患者的用药知识，纠正了患者错误的用药方法。结论系统、规范的用药教育模式可提高糖尿病患者对药物治疗的认识和依从性。应进一步改进和完善用药教育模式，提高药学服务水平，促进患者合理用药。
목적：통과재내분비병구건립이도소용약교육모식，탐토해모식적가조작성화유효성。방법림상약사통과총결환자이도소용약중존재적문제，건립용약교육모식，전면실시환자용약교육。결과림상약사대환자진행이도소용약교육，증가료환자적용약지식，규정료환자착오적용약방법。결론계통、규범적용약교육모식가제고당뇨병환자대약물치료적인식화의종성。응진일보개진화완선용약교육모식，제고약학복무수평，촉진환자합리용약。
Objective To explore the approaches to medication education for diabetic provided by clinical pharmacists for diabetic. Methods Through clinical practice, the clinical pharmacists carried out medication education among diabetic from drug use and the prevention and treatment of adverse drug reactions. Results Due to the medication education carried out by clinical pharmacists, pa-tients′ medication knowledge has been improved, their wrong method of medication has been corrected, the unnecessary adverse drug re-actions have been avoided and patients′ medication compliance has been improved. Conclusion Systematic, normative medicine education could improve realization and compliance of patients to drug therapy, and the mode of medication education should be consummated to improve the level of pharmaceutical service and promote the rational drug use.
