目的：建立从隔山消中分离制备4种苯乙酮对照品的方法。方法采用溶剂提取，应用色谱技术分离纯化，根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构，用薄层色谱（TLC）法、高效液相色谱（HPLC）法进行纯度检查。结果制备得到的对照品经薄层色谱检查无杂质，纯度均在98%以上，符合中药化学对照品含量测定要求。结论制备所得的对照品可用于隔山消及其制剂的质量控制。
목적：건립종격산소중분리제비4충분을동대조품적방법。방법채용용제제취，응용색보기술분리순화，근거화합물이화성질화광보수거감정결구，용박층색보（TLC）법、고효액상색보（HPLC）법진행순도검사。결과제비득도적대조품경박층색보검사무잡질，순도균재98%이상，부합중약화학대조품함량측정요구。결론제비소득적대조품가용우격산소급기제제적질량공제。
Objective To establisb a metbod for tbe isolation and preparation of 4 reference substances of acetopbenone from Cy-nanchum auriculatun. Methods Cbromatograpbic tecbniques were employed for isolation and purification of tbe constituents and tbeir structures were determined by spectral analysis and cbemical evidence. Tbe purity was analyzed by TLC and HPLC. Results Tbe purity levels of tbese compounds were all over 98%,wbicb was in auordance witb tbd content determination requirement of tbe TCM cbemical reference substance. Conclusion Tbese compounds can be used as a reference substance in tbe quality control and tbe preparations of Cynanchum auriculatun.
