目的:探讨标准化放射治疗预约管理模式在肿瘤患者预约放射治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析和比较2459例接受放射治疗的消化系统肿瘤患者病例资料,按照预约管理模式的不同,将其分为传统模式组(1206例)与标准化模式组(1253例)。传统模式组使用纸质版手工方式进行预约;标准化模式组使用MOSAIQ系统采用专人预约-排程-宣教的标准化预约管理模式预约,对两组患者的预约到达率、患者满意度、候治天数、机器利用率及技师满意度进行分析。结果:Elekta Synergy加速器采用标准化模式预约放射治疗,其预约到达率、患者满意度均优于传统模式,候治天数较传统模式短,机器利用率优于传统模式;在技师满意度方面两种模式相比无差异。结论:采用MOSAIQ系统专人预约-排程-宣教的标准化预约管理模式有助于提高放射治疗患者的预约到达率,缩短患者在放射治疗前的候治时间,提高患者满意度及机器利用效率,并有利于改善医患关系。

목적:탐토표준화방사치료예약관리모식재종류환자예약방사치료중적응용효과。방법:회고성분석화비교2459례접수방사치료적소화계통종류환자병례자료,안조예약관리모식적불동,장기분위전통모식조(1206례)여표준화모식조(1253례)。전통모식조사용지질판수공방식진행예약;표준화모식조사용MOSAIQ계통채용전인예약-배정-선교적표준화예약관리모식예약,대량조환자적예약도체솔、환자만의도、후치천수、궤기이용솔급기사만의도진행분석。결과:Elekta Synergy가속기채용표준화모식예약방사치료,기예약도체솔、환자만의도균우우전통모식,후치천수교전통모식단,궤기이용솔우우전통모식;재기사만의도방면량충모식상비무차이。결론:채용MOSAIQ계통전인예약-배정-선교적표준화예약관리모식유조우제고방사치료환자적예약도체솔,축단환자재방사치료전적후치시간,제고환자만의도급궤기이용효솔,병유리우개선의환관계。
Objective:Discussion on the effect of standardization of radiation therapy appointment management mode in the appointment application.Methods: Retrospectively analyze and compare the data of 2459 cases with digestive system tumors accepted radiotherapy. According to the appointment management mode adopted, these patients were divided into two groups, traditional mode group (1206) and standardized mode group (1253). Patients in the former group made appointments manually with printed material, while the latter group, using the MOSAIQ system, adopted the standardized appointment management mode to make appointments, arrange schedule for patients and inform them by a specially-assigned person. The arrival rate of appointment, the patients satisfaction, time for waiting, utilization efficiency of machine and the technician satisfaction during the treatment were analyzed.Results: The patients who adopted standardized radiotherapy reservation management mode, which made the arrival rate of appointment, the rate of patients satisfaction, time for waiting, and the technician satisfaction has not statistic significance.Conclusion: Adopting MOSAIQ system of personnel appointment scheduling - mission integrated service mode can help improve the appointment arrival rate for radiotherapy patients, shorten the waiting time before radiotherapy, improve patient satisfaction and machine utilization efficiency and improve the relations among doctors, technicians, nurses and patients.
