目的:研究复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊抗疲劳、增强免疫力的药理作用。方法将昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,分别为复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊(FFLZB)低、中、高[385,770,1540 mg/(kg·d)]剂量组、对照药红参醇提物组、空白对照组,灌胃给药14 d后考察各组小鼠爬杆时间及爬杆后血清肌酸激酶(CK)、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)水平,同时采用免疫脏器指数法、碳粒廓清法、足趾增厚法测定迟发型变态反应(DTH),考察FFLZB对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果高、中、低剂量FFLZB能不同程度地延长小鼠爬杆时间,高、中剂量能显著提高小鼠爬杆后血清ATP水平,仅低剂量能使爬杆后的小鼠血清CK酶水平显著提高;与空白对照组相比,FFLZB高、中、低3个剂量能不同程度地抑制小鼠免疫器官脏器指数的下降,提高碳粒廓清指数水平及24,48 b迟发型变态反应程度。结论复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊具有抗疲劳及增强免疫力作用,是一种有效的抗疲劳复方中药制剂。

목적:연구복방령지포자정유연효낭항피로、증강면역력적약리작용。방법장곤명충소서수궤분위5조,분별위복방령지포자정유연효낭(FFLZB)저、중、고[385,770,1540 mg/(kg·d)]제량조、대조약홍삼순제물조、공백대조조,관위급약14 d후고찰각조소서파간시간급파간후혈청기산격매(CK)、삼린산선감(ATP)수평,동시채용면역장기지수법、탄립곽청법、족지증후법측정지발형변태반응(DTH),고찰FFLZB대소서면역공능적영향。결과고、중、저제량FFLZB능불동정도지연장소서파간시간,고、중제량능현저제고소서파간후혈청ATP수평,부저제량능사파간후적소서혈청CK매수평현저제고;여공백대조조상비,FFLZB고、중、저3개제량능불동정도지억제소서면역기관장기지수적하강,제고탄립곽청지수수평급24,48 b지발형변태반응정도。결론복방령지포자정유연효낭구유항피로급증강면역력작용,시일충유효적항피로복방중약제제。
Objective To researcb tbe pbarmacological effect of antifatigue and immunopotentiation of Compound Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil Soft Capsule. Methods Kunming mice were radomly devided into five groups:tbe low,middle and bigb FFLZB doses groups [ 385,770,1 540 mg/ ( kg·d)] ,control red gingseng etbanol extract group and blank control group. Tbe pole-climbing time,serum cre-atinine kinase(CK)and adenosine tripbospbate(ATP)contents on 14 d after medication gavage were detected. At tbe same time tbe immune organ index metbod,cleaning carbon particle metbod and digits tbickening metbod were adopted to detect delayed type bep-ersensitivity(DTH)for investigating tbe influence of CGOC on mice′s immune function. Results Tbe bigb,middle and low doses FFLZB groups could prolong tbe pole-climbing time in different degrees,tbe middle and bigb doses groups could significantly increase tbe serum ATP level after pole-climbing,only tbe low dose group could significantly increase serum CK level after pole-climbing;com-pared witb tbe blank control group,tbe bigb,middle and low FFLZB doses groups could inbibit tbe decrease of mice immune organ in-dex in different degrees,increased tbe level of leaning carbon particles and 24,48 b DTH degree. Conclusion FFLZB bas tbe an-tifatigue and immunopotentiation effect and is a compound Cbinese medicine preparation for effective antifatigue.
