地基处理工程中常用的水泥搅拌桩,在制桩过程中,搅拌头刀片切削粘土时容易引起粘附、阻塞,从而导致水泥搅拌桩桩身水泥含量不均匀,强度降低。为了能够有效的减少粘附和阻塞,首先要研究其影响因素及其变化规律,因此通过直剪试验研究金属刀具切削粘土时含水率对界面抗剪强度的影响。试验结果表明,随着含水率增加,界面抗剪强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,当含水率接近塑限和最优含水率时,达到峰值。

Cement mixed piles are often used in foundation treatment. However, when stirring blade is cutting clay, there are always adhesion and blocking which would lead to uneven distribution of cement content and decrease the strength of the pile. In order to reduce the adhesion and blocking effectively, their factors and variation should be studied. Therefore, the impact of the moisture con-tent on the interface shear strength when the metal tool was cutting clay was studied by a direct shear test. The conclusion is as follows:the interface anti-shear strength increases and then decreases with the increase of the moisture content. When the moisture content is close to the plastic limit and the optimum moisture content, it comes up to a peak value.
